Returns
Unless otherwise stated, you have 5 days from the time that you received your merchandise to return or exchange any merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to return or exchange products purchased from Binocular Warehouse. RMA's are valid for 5 days from the time you requested to return or exchange an item purchased. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance. Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged by the customer can not be returned. Please note that all warranties are through their respective manufacturers and can not be returned to Binocular Warehouse for warranty repair beyond the 5 day return period.
Returns must meet all of the following criteria:
If the item you are returning does not match all of the criteria below, it will be rejected by our receiving department and returned to you. In addition, your RMA will be canceled and any credit request will be denied plus any replacement or exchange order will be cancelled. Returns must be shipped by ground (UPS/US Postal Service) only. If you return your product by a faster and more expensive shipper, you will incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
All returns must be complete. If your return is not complete and at our discretion, it will be returned to you or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging in undamaged condition which includes the manufacturer's box and all packing material (Styrofoam, labels, plastic bags, etc.).
- The original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code for rebates until you are sure you are keeping the merchandise. If the UPC code is removed, no credit will be issued. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return or exchange regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- Copy of the original invoice/packing slip.
- All manufacturers' documentation which includes but is not limited to manuals, blank warranty cards and registration documentation.
- All accessories which includes but is not limited to batteries, cables, remotes controls, any adapters and software.
- No returns or exchanges will be allowed if any software is opened (Broken seal, etc.) or registered. This applies to stand alone software or software included with a product purchased.
Privacy Policy
- We use the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption for all transfer of any personal information. Hold your cursor over the Pair Networks Point to Verify logo to see a Javascript from www.trustlogo.com to verify our identity.
- You must have HTML cookies activated so we can track what is in your shopping cart as you shop. No personal information is EVER placed in the cookie. At purchase the cookie is deleted and, in any case, it will expire after 5 hours.
- No personal information will ever be shared with any third party. We will not email you anything apart from confirming you purchase unless you request it from our Contact Us email.
Warranty Information
All new products sold by Binocular Warehouse, Inc. carry the original manufacturer's USA warranty.
Pricing and Availability
We strive to do our best to keep items on this site always in stock. Please note that some items labeled as "special order" are available only on an order basis. When an item is not available for immediate delivery, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. In the event that the item was not marked "special order" at the time of purchase but is out of stock and must be ordered we will notify you by email. At this point you may cancel your order with no charge.
